Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the original items with all designer tags attached into the shipping box and include your printed return authorization slip inside.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Affix the prepaid UPS shipping label provided via email to the outside of your package, ensuring any old shipping labels are fully covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to any authorized shipping location; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
